Monthly Service

Joshua Jenson, CPA, P.C. and Associates uniquely provides on-site tax and accounting consultation on a monthly basis for a business with two or more principals, grossing over a million dollars annually. For a company that is at a capacity to employ an internal bookkeeper, but not a controller or CFO, our Firm can serve a role in your boardroom. In keeping with the Firm's specialization of exceptional, personal service delivered throughout the year, an every-30-day consultation proves to be beneficial in a corporate environment which can change rapidly. Monthly service allows our Firm to play a key role in keeping your tax and accounting world in order, and your financial motivations in line. This level of service has a positive impact on the entire dynamic of a company, helping to avoid negative tax implications, ensuring tax reality and keeping our client in step with financial considerations that go hand-in-hand with tax planning.

If it is determined that monthly consultation matches a client's needs, our fees reflect regular monthly consultation fees and an annual tax preparation fee. Included is a subscription to TAX STRATEGICS and a year end follow-up for all business principals involved. For special projects outsides of these services, our fees are according to our hourly fee schedule.

Monthly service is for a business in which bookkeeping is routinely done by the company's internal bookkeeper and payroll is done by Paychex. This service includes a visit once a month, meeting with business principals, providing on-site business books clean-up, tax reclassifications, third party documentation matching, internal financial reports and interpretation, continuity comparisons, and estimated annualization of taxable income for relative tax and accounting planning.
